It provides innovative solutions and technology to strengthen BT’s own defences and to differentiate BT’s security products and services from those of competitors. Technology originating in the Security Futures
Practices that is now in active business use includes: i) a visual analytics platform, marketed externally as BT Assure Analytics, which is in service in BT’s Security Operations Centre; ii) a suite of security services available to customers of the BT Cloud Compute platform. We are also contributing innovative original technology to BT’s next-generation cyber-defence platform, and we anticipate using the incubation instance of this platform as a means of validating the results of the project.
